Returns: > You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your jewelry must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: > Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: > Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
